Performance of the Head of State Elementary School in Implementing Health Protocols During the Covid-19 Transition

This study aims to determine the performance of Principal State Elementary Schools in Narmada Subdistrict implementing health protocols transition period COVID-19, by conducting a survey teachers, taking into account gender variables, staffing status, employment period, certification status. research uses quantitative approach with method. The population is 98 public elementary school teachers who are taken from 2 each 1 low grade teacher and high 49 schools Subdistrict, West Lombok Regency, Indonesia. minimum sample was determined 86 people random sampling techniques. principal's data collected using questionnaires distributed online google form. results showed that there no significant difference principal School Nusa Tengara, Indonesia application COVID-19 four varied, namely differences, status
